Leigh received the Educator of the Year award from the Texas Association of Realtors® in 2014. During her time in management Leigh experienced managing a small number of employees to over 100 agents. She learned that company culture started and ended with management, along with profits. Whether it's volunteers, independent contractors or employees the culture and leadership are the most important pieces of recruitment and retention.
