She grew up around real estate agents and builders. Leigh is an agent, broker and speaker/educator. Leigh brings high standards and professionalism to all she does. She has been teaching real estate, professional standards and motivational classes since 2000. Her classes are informative, interactive and high energy. Over the years Leigh has served on numerous states, local and national association of REALTORS® Committees and is currently a member of the Broker/Lawyer Committee for the Texas Real Estate Commission. Leigh received the Educator of the Year award from the Texas Association of Realtors® in 2014. Prior to real estate, Leigh worked in corporate sales as a general manager for a large beverage distributor. Leigh was regional manager for one of the largest CENTURY 21 franchises in the world and then General Manager for another CENTURY 21 franchise that had 3 locations. During her time in management Leigh experienced managing a small number of employees to over 100 agents. She learned that company culture started and ended with management, along with profits.
