Candy Cooke
Having been involved in the real estate field since 1983, Candy’s experience includes real estate
research and valuation of residential and commercial properties with an emphasis in residential
appraisal, the management of both residential and commercial real estate, real estate development and
construction and real property tax protest arbitration. Ms. Cooke has also actively listed and sold real
estate in Central Texas. She previously worked for several years as a contractor with the State of
Texas in the assessment of appraisal districts with regards to school district funding.
