Kathleen Ricketts
Kathleen has been in the real estate industry for almost 30 years, recently from managing 4 offices with over 75 agents to focus on her love of education - helping REALTORS to become their very best! She currently holds the ABR, ABRM, AHWD, MRP designations/certifications and teaches Continuing Education classes as well as a variety of REBAC courses. Kathleen has served on various committees and recently served on the Board for the HEARTLAND REALTOR ORGANIZATION in addition to having membership in several of the local associations. As the co-author of the "Home Ownership Process" seminar, a program which was held at local community colleges and corporations in Illinois area as an employee enrichment benefit. And most recently has been a contributing writer for the Military Times. Thoroughly believing in our military community, Kathleen was the Past Chairman of the Board of Helping Our Heroes, a 501(c)3 Charitable Foundation that was sponsored by the Mainstreet Organization of REALTORS. She was a Board Member of TLS Veterans and organized and held many fund-raising events. Kathleen has received many awards and certificates of appreciation from many military groups, most recently from the U.S. Marine Corp. and Department of Defense. She is also a Gold Star Family.
