This course will address issues with land use, zoning and
development of property. The instructors will also discuss
entitlements, the scope of authority for planning and development
agencies, and permitting. The course will also discuss differences
between master land use plan, zoning, and site plans, as well as
suggested purchase agreement provisions to address responsibility
for these issues during the inspection period.
